Return Policy

This Return Policy only applies to products that are listed on the Ehubnepal.com website or E-hub Nepal mobile application (collectively, referred to as the “Site”), as “Sold and Shipped by E-hub Nepal”.
For a Marketplace item, an item that is listed on the Site as “Sold and Shipped” by a third-party seller through E-hub Nepal’s Marketplace platform and not “Sold and Shipped by E-hub Nepal” (“Marketplace Item”), the Marketplace Item is covered by the Marketplace seller’s return policy. Overall Return Guidelines
These are E-hub Nepal’s Overall Return Guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
  • Products that are received by E-hub Nepal in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
    • Any product not purchased from E-hub Nepal.
    • Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
    • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive the product .You can send E-hub Nepal a clear photo and a video of a damaged product.
    • Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
    • Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Costs
Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. E-hub Nepal may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy. E-hub Nepal reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. E-hub Nepal does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong product, the product did not match what was shown on the Site, or we made some other shipping error, provided the item is returned within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, E-hub Nepal does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by E-hub Nepal will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel.
In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.
If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Grocery

Refund only
Fruits and Vegetables ordered would be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables, we will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits and veggies in case you miss your slot. Rest of grocery items from Supermart would be delivered through reattempt in case you miss your slot.
No Returns categories  
Some products in the above categories are not returnable due to their nature or other reasons. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail.

Part 2 - Returns Pick-Up and Processing
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
Correct Product
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
